Have you actually spoken to this girl? When women are flirting, there are lots of signals though some are admittedly subtle and context-sensitive. Some things women do when flirting:
-Presenting a flash of neck by turning their head (hard to describe, but you know when you see it)
-Grooming activitied like playing with hair, adjusting glasses or smoothing skirt/pants
-If she touches your arm while talking to you, that’s an excellent sign!
-Of course, holding eye contact with you is good, too
That’s all I can think of for now (and what I can think of having done myself in the past), and while any one on its own might just be a gesture, if she’s doing all of this in your direction she may well be flirting with (but always check politely so you don’t creep her out). Good luck!
